Highgate Family Villa

Designed as a seamless extension of the minimalist interiors by Staffan Tollgård, this North London residence embraces clean lines and restrained planting. This family home in St. John’s Wood needed nothing more, or less, than simplicity used with intention. Simple, unique, yet striking was the brief. A loft‑net was added for children, young and old, transforming an otherwise unused light‑well into a playful space. An array of greens ensures year‑round evergreen interest, keeping the garden visually consistent from summer through winter.
